Nextoria advises DCS Plus on its acquisition by Abingdon Software Group

Nextoria acted as exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to DCS Plus, a Bucharest-based travel technology (traveltech) SaaS company, on its acquisition by Abingdon Software Group, a London-headquartered group of software and technology platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed.

About DCS Plus: travel technology software since 2002

DCS Plus builds SaaS travel technology for travel management companies (TMCs), congress organisers and the leisure travel industry. Its software includes NOVA, a corporate self-booking tool (OBT) for business travel, and TINA, a mid- and back-office platform for travel agencies.

The transaction: a travel tech platform joins Abingdon Software Group

Abingdon Software Group runs a portfolio of technology platforms across sectors including cruise and hospitality, and ground and passenger handling for airports and airlines. The two companies plan to accelerate the deployment of AI across DCS Plus’s platforms and expand the brand’s global reach.
